    Koala

This Australian animal lives and reproduces in eucalyptus forests. When awake, they feed on eucalyptus leaves. Since these leaves are not easy to digest and are not food for energy production, these sleeping animals have very little fuel to do anything. The same koalas can sleep 18 to 22 hours a day. Well, there is no question that these animals have a serious coalition in their dreams, right?

    Three-toed sloth

These adorable animals live in the treetops, and their sleepiness justifies their label of “Slowest Mammals on Earth.” They have an extremely low metabolic rate and can take days to digest what other animals digest in hours. In addition to the 14-16 hours they sleep, they can be seen eating leaves and very rarely coming down from trees to mate or find other food.

    Opossum

These sleeping champions, although nocturnal, sleep 18-20 hours a day. Not only are they very slow, but they also don’t use their energy to build their own home. They can be found sleeping in burrows made by other animals. Once they have found their sweet home with a suitable place to sleep and a food source, they will stay there!

    Giant panda

Due to their low calorie diet, when they only eat bamboo, they have very little energy to burn. Even with so much bamboo, they have almost no energy to burn. However, the fun fact is that about two million years ago, pandas were carnivores and literally turned into herbivores and bamboo-eating animals that only need to eat, sleep and chant!

    hippo

Life of the Hippo is what our perfect beach holiday looks like! They were seen sunbathing on land and sleeping in the water. Their well-rested days give way to almost five hours of grazing and fleeting time! If that doesn’t make you jealous enough of the hippos’ lifestyle, they also secrete an oily red substance that acts as a skin moisturizer and sunscreen. All those sunbathing without the stress of applying and reapplying sunscreen!
