    The Vegan Pass, which used to be the home of Del Taco, made a splash in the seaside town of Costa Mesa, California. VEG’D, which opened in May 2021, is the result of a collaboration between vegan chef Matthew Kenny and entrepreneur Christine Mulholland. Their vision is to offer healthy food without ingredients that are harmful to animals.

    Like Matthew Kenney Cuisine, VEG’D does everything from scratch every day.
