The disturbing footage, reportedly filmed recently at a residence in Austin, Texas, shows an elderly dog, apparently handicapped, violently attacked by a woman. Three videos, filmed over two days, show the abuser tugging at the leash harshly; several times lifting the dog by the tail, shouting: “Do not lie down!”; slapping her with full force; and punching the animal as it screams in sheer despair — all in sheer “retribution” for the poor old dog’s simply not being able to stay in the backyard.

PETA and our complainant alerted Austin and Travis County authorities to this situation by providing hideous visual evidence, reporting the dog’s whereabouts and the suspect’s address, and pleading with them to rescue the victim before further violence occurs – but we received only cryptic assurances that in the case ” investigation continues. ” We think it’s time for you to join too.
