Washington – PETA has called on US Central Command Commander General Kenneth F. Mackenzie Jr. and Acting Assistant Secretary of the US Department of State Dean Thompson to intervene in the fate of dozens of dogs and other animals, including the US military. working dogs and companion animals owned by evacuated Americans to ensure the safe evacuation of as many of them as possible, along with their caregivers.
