Long Island, NY – PETA is celebrating because a bull that hid for months on Long Island New York has found freedom, something it fought hard to gain and preserve, and will now live its life in the expansive Skylands Animal Sanctuary & Rescue instead of dating. carnage knife. Below is a statement from PETA President Ingrid Newkirk:
After an astonishing two months in flight, this bull run ended well, unlike the lives of those at the dinner table. PETA is calling on everyone who has supported this bull to help save the other by becoming a vegan.
PETA, whose motto is in part that “the animals are not ours to eat” – opposes arrogance, a worldview focused on human superiority. The group, along with Long Island Orchestrating for Nature (LION), will also soon be launching a billboard that reads “Help Others Escape the Slaughterhouse: Go Vegan.”
