    In 2017, PETA began offering Ned and other dogs and giving them a real home for the rest of the time. Texas A&M apparently would rather watch these dogs die in misery than admit that PETA offers a real solution.

    These vulnerable dogs have been denied everything that could make their life worth living, including the opportunity to live in loving families. PETA has repeatedly offered to pick up the remaining dogs and place them in good permanent homes, but Texas A&M ignored our suggestions.
